During his tenure, he successfully led the adoption of Product & Agile Mindsets & techniques, fostering sustainable change by building relationships, trust, and respect at all organizational levels through a focus on professional team and individual coaching.

As an expert in organizational culture and design, Ben has a proven track record of helping organizations create value for both customers and employees. His approach centers on two pivotal questions: "Are we building the right product?" and "Are we building it in the right way?" By addressing these questions, Ben strives to help organizations and their teams build products that are big on outcomes and low on output.
