Join us for Proactive Conversations: A World Cafe Experience Together with our partners at Blue Dot and Chief, we are bringing together 50 top HR/People & Business leaders for an evening designed to spark honest conversation and generate new ideas on what actually shifts a culture from reactive firefighting to proactive, human-centered leadership.
Together we will explore what causes reactivity and how we, as leaders, can create more proactive companies and teams that thrive in today’s constantly changing world.
