Welcome to Private Yoga Lessons!
Yoga has literally saved my life over and over again through out the years. Not just that but it is what keeps me young, sane, at peace and healthy for the remainder of it. There are so many studios out there to help you but I am offering personalized one-on-one yoga sessions tailored to your needs and goals from a place of understanding, love, and passion for this amazing practice & how it can change your life as well. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced yogi wanting to deepen your practice, I am here to help you reach your full potential. In 2020 I was accepted into the Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training Program at Yoga Bliss in Nusa Lembongan, Bali, Indonesia and these are the teachings I bring to you now. I am efficient in Ashtanga, Hatha, Tantra, Restorative and Yin Yoga as well as leading meditations and Yoga Nidra. It is my goal to use these styles of Yoga to help you reconnect with your body and mind in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
