Looking for a feel-good way to move, laugh, and connect? This private mat Pilates session is designed for you and up to two of your closest besties — or come solo and meet some new ones! With a relaxed, welcoming vibe and a focus on gentle movement, it’s perfect for all levels, especially beginners or anyone wanting to ease into Pilates in a supportive, non-intimidating space.

Expect a slow, mindful flow that helps you stretch, strengthen, and reset — all while sharing good energy and great company. Whether you're booking with your friends or joining to make new ones, this session is all about moving your body and lifting each other up.

All mats and props provided. Just bring yourself, your girl gang (or come solo!), and get ready to feel amazing.

New to Pilates?

No worries at all – we’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, and we’ll keep the atmosphere light, friendly, and conversational. Come as you are – no experience needed!

What to Bring:

🧘‍♀️ Grip socks (you can treat yourself to some of ours if you forget)

💧 Water bottle

🧘‍♂️ Your own mat (if you'd like, otherwise we'll provide some!)
