chef Francesca was an absolute delight! We learned so much, and she made the experience so much fun! 100% recommend taking a class from her! Plus free food, was ABSOLUTELY amazing! And, I am vegan and she was able to make slight accommodations for me so I could try some of the food as well!!!

Amazing class! We made carbonara from scratch, chocolate mousse, and steak. Not only was all the food delicious and fresh, it was very informative. Learned a lot of tips and methods thanks to Francesca!

My husband and I have been wanting to take a cooking class for awhile. We love steak and Italian food so much so Chef Francesca's Italian steakhouse class piqued our interest. The drive was reasonable to Torrance from South LA. Parking was easy. Her home was so cute and clean and charming! Chef Francesca is such a kind, focused and effective teacher and coach. My husband Jeremy and I got to share the workload evenly. What I loved was how easy and fast the recipes were and how easy it was to time everything out while keeping a clean kitchen. The food was superb and we had amazing leftovers the next day. We had an amazing time and would go back to her or try another class with Cozymeal. I even love how she teaches earlier so that she can be a present mom, just an awesome lady.
I feel like I can actually cook everything she presented. Please share with her or post so others know :)
