About this Event

Trauma-informed leadership represents an essential standard for all victim service agencies; however, its a daily implementation that may not always be clear.

We invite you to attend a session led by a nationally recognized speaker, from Justice 3D who will address the following topics:

· Translating trauma-informed theory into actionable policies

· Fostering a trauma-informed organizational culture

· Differentiating between trauma awareness and being trauma informed

· Exploring the four principles of change

· Identifying key characteristics of transformational leaders

Assistant Chief Edwards will cover these topics in the morning and then we will take the afternoon to apply her principles in some real life scenarios.
