Stella Louka | Senior Manager | Business Tax

Stella is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Tax and Legal team in Limassol, Cyprus. Stella has been with Deloitte since 2012 having worked at Deloitte LLP in London for 5 years. She has experience in the field of taxation including international tax advisory, structuring, and compliance work. Stella led a number of engagements providing advisory services, including FATCA, CRS, DAC 6 and provides a number of seminars on FATCA, CRS, and other tax related matters. Stella has also been involved in assisting Deloitte Qatar with their client’s tax compliance requirements in the State of Qatar. Stella provides tax compliance and advisory services to clients engaged in various industries including investment, financial institutions, shipping, etc. Stella is also an author of various Deloitte tax articles on the Cyprus tax law.

Koralia Drakou | Manager | Tax & Legal| Transfer Pricing

Koralia is a Transfer Pricing Manager at Deloitte's Limassol offices. Koralia has been with Deloitte since 2016 and has more than 8 years of experience in the Transfer Pricing field. She has been involved in numerous TP Documentation projects as well as TP advisory projects for several local and MNE Groups operating in industries such as shipping, financial services, automotive, Forex, Investment holding. She is the Limassol's office designated champion for Country-by-Country reporting matters and has hosted several presentations around the current Cyprus Transfer Pricing Framework.

Marianna Moran | Manager | Business Tax

Marianna is a Manager in Deloitte's Tax and Legal team in Limassol, Cyprus. Marianna has been with Deloitte since 2014 and has more than 8 years of experience in tax. She has been involved in various advisory/(re)structuring projects and compliance services, mainly involving large multinational groups, over the years. She is a designated champion on various EU taxation matters such as Pillar Two, DAC6 and the ATAD Interest Limitation Rule. Marianna is also part of Deloitte UAE’s international tax team, assisting with UAE tax and Pillar Two impact assessments. Lastly, she has presented numerous times on various Cyprus and international tax topics, has been a lecturer in Tax for BSc Accounting & Finance students and has written various Deloitte articles, particularly on the intersection of tax and innovation.
