- 12-week programme combining exercise and health education
- Runs every Tuesday and Friday morning
- Tuesday morning at 11am and Friday morning at 10am

In this way, the exercise classes will be suitable for adults of all fitness abilities and those living with, and without, one or more clinical conditions.
- The health education workshops will be streamed live in the community centre so you can watch them with your group for the final 15 minutes of Friday's class.
