This is the ideal location to explore these three powerful modalities. Individually these tools can bring about distinct changes, but when combined they can be profound.
The purpose of the workshop is to introduce you to breathwork as a tool for calm and focus, thermalism, or temperature exposure, as a tool to activate your metabolism, and functional breathing as something you can use to create change in almost every aspect of your life, from your mental and emotional well-being to performance and recovery.
During our session I will invite you to disconnect for a little, soften the body, calm the nervous system and give your head a little peace.
We will start by getting grounded before looking at the basics of breathing mechanics and the importance of the diaphragm.
I will then guide you through several breathwork modalities helping you soften, release and balance body and mind.
After that we will experience the profound effects of the cold and the heat in conjunction with breathing.
This brings a great sense of alignment to the system. One that endures long after the session.
Finally, I want to give you something to take away with you. I will introduce you to the basics of functional breathing. This not only helps bring calm and focus to us but a host of benefits which we will look at. These are techniques you will be able to take with you and start introducing into daily life.
We will finish up with a chance to connect over a restorative cup of herbal tea.
