There are no goals, no achievements, and no expectations of what should unfold. It is an open space, an interaction where we allow our bodies to express the energy that wants to move through us.It can be sensual or wild

Each interaction brings out something new. We encourage participants to start slowly and immerse themselves in the experience step by step.

- Dress in comfortable clothes that you can move in.
- The event is suitable for singles, couples and those in alternate relationships.
- If you come with a partner or a friend, youโre welcome to partner together for some or all of the exercises.
- You can step out of any exercise during the workshop. All activities are optional.
- Body-centered consent and boundaries are taught and encouraged.
