Join us for a special Pride Punch & Brunch event hosted by SheFighter. Celebrate Pride Month with empowerment, movement, and community! 🏳️🌈
Join SheFighter for a special Pride Punch & Brunch event designed to bring people together through strength, confidence, and connection. We’ll begin with a fun, high-energy, beginner-friendly punching bag workout focused on building confidence, releasing stress, and empowering participants in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
After class, stay for brunch, conversations, mingling, and networking with an amazing community of women, 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, and allies. Whether you’re part of the SheFighter community already or stepping into the space for the first time, this event is about celebrating authenticity, empowerment, and belonging together.
No experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome. Come move, connect, and celebrate Pride Month with us in a supportive space where everyone is encouraged to show up fully as themselves. workout designed to build confidence, relieve stress, and have fun in an uplifting and inclusive environment.
