About this Event
This 90-minute workshop explores practical emotional regulation strategies and resilience-building skills tailored to the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals.
Participants will learn how stressors such as discrimination, identity-related stigma, and social pressures can affect emotional well-being. They will also be introduced to evidence-based tools for managing difficult emotions, strengthening self-compassion, and fostering inner stability. Through guided discussion, brief exercises, and reflection, attendees will gain strategies to navigate challenges, build supportive coping habits, and cultivate resilience while honoring their identities and lived experiences. The workshop aims to create an affirming space that empowers participants to move through adversity with pride, authenticity, and emotional strength
