About this Event
Welcome to Pride in the Ring, Power in the Punch!
Join us on Wednesday 22 October at 6:30pm for an energising evening of soft-touch boxing drills, reflection, and connection.
During the session, you’ll take part in guided boxing exercises suitable for all levels, learn techniques that build strength and resilience, and reflect on the powerful legacy of Black athletes in sport.
After the class, there will be chance to network with colleagues across King’s, share experiences, and celebrate Black History Month together.
