Come as you are. Move freely. Be part of something bigger.
About this Event
Pride House SF is a welcoming, community-centered space celebrating LGBTQ+ inclusion, visibility, and belonging in sport and culture as we look toward this summers 2026 World Cup. In partnership with Queer & Well, a program dedicated to accessible, trauma-informed wellness for LGBTQ+ communities, this new yoga series, led by Cyrus Ebadat, brings together movement, care, and connection - creating space for healing, joy, and collective wellbeing.
To Be Free: A Movement Series
This bi-weekly yoga series is a space to move, connect, and show up fully as yourself. Rooted in presence, self-expression, and community, each class explores what it means to feel grounded while moving with freedom and ease.
Inspired by my connection to the San Francisco Spikes Soccer Club, this series reflects the power of being in spaces where you can express yourself without judgment. Through intentional movement and breath, we’ll build confidence, release pressure, and reconnect with a sense of play.
Come as you are. Move freely. Be part of something bigger.
Cyrus Ebadat (He/Him/His)
I am so happy to join the Pride House SF Team at the SF LGBT Center. My name is Cyrus Ebadat and I am gay and cis-male, originally born and raised in San Jose. I have lived in San Francisco since late-2020 and have thrived in this beautiful city ever since for the past 5-years. I currently have been teaching yoga for about a year now, developing skills and experiences that I have cherished and grew from with every new day. I teach Restorative and Vinyasa Flow classes with an emphasis on subtle body, pranayama, and kundalini style practices. In my spare time I like to attend local community events, attend as many concerts as possible, and play soccer with the SF Spikes and Outloud Soccer. I pride myself in Authenticity and Kindness in everything that I do and wish all beings everywhere peace and happiness.

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all
