Pretty in Piping: Make & Take a Vintage Heart Cake

For ages 13 & up

Join us for an afternoon learning vintage‑style techniques from talented creator: Alyssa Fernandez. You will be guided through the charming world of retro cake design — the frilly borders, delicate piping, soft pastels, and bold accents that make vintage cakes so iconic.

You’ll explore how to work with natural
food dyes to create beautifully vibrant colors without artificial ingredients,
and you’ll practice piping methods that are both fun to learn and easy to use
again at home. Throughout the class, you’ll decorate your own heart‑shaped cake
from start to finish, gaining confidence as you build layers of detail and
personality into your design.

The atmosphere will be relaxed, creative, and
welcoming — perfect for beginners, hobby bakers, or anyone who simply wants to
try something new. By the end, you’ll walk out with a fully decorated vintage
heart cake that’s completely your own, along with new skills, inspiration, and
a sweet sense of accomplishment.
