Showcasing over 140 artists, musicians, poets, writers, and exhibitors who defy categorization, Press Play invites you to discover new ways of reading, listening, creating, and complaining about culture. The 2025 program is packed with unfiltered conversations, workshops, and activations—to be fully annouced in November 2025.
An independent archive focused on acquiring, archiving, digitizing, and publishing overlooked media from the Islamicate world, this year's featured presenter curates an erotic reading room and designs a limited-edition Press Play bag ($22). The first 300 people will receive a free bag!
Press Play 2025 also features:
- A lounge inspired by the traditional Japanese zabuton designed by New York City-based studio.
- A special edition show paper by .
- A livestream of all talks on , a New York-based experimental broadcasting and performance platform.
Fair Entry & Hours
Advance ticket registration is highly encouraged due to limited capacity and crowd flow in the space. Tickets grant access to the entire Fair and can be purchased online or at the door. Saturday ticket prices are noted below, while Sunday admission is free and open to the public, with registration.
