Learn tips from certified Master Food Preserver volunteers on dehydrating (and rehydrating) foods for meal planning, backpacking/camping, and in case of an emergency. This class will not include a lab but will have equipment/storage review and plenty of sampling and ideas to inspire you. Previous experience dehydrating is recommended but not required. Class is $25 per person, or $40 for two people sharing take home resources.
