About this Event
Building on the powerful dialogue from our previous panel at Carlow University, this next conversation moves from awareness to proactive preparation.
As Pittsburgh prepares to host major events and experience increased tourism and population surges, prevention must be intentional and coordinated.
Join us for a multidisciplinary panel discussion featuring leaders from law enforcement, advocacy, public safety, and community sectors as we examine:
- How large-scale events can increase vulnerabilities for exploitation
- What coordinated response looks like in practice
- How public safety, service providers, and community institutions work together
- The role businesses and residents play in prevention
This discussion continues our commitment to moving beyond awareness toward practical, citywide readiness.
