Workshop Highlights:
1. Breathing Techniques – Start with calming and energizing breathwork to help center your mind and prepare for the journey ahead.
2. Guided Meditation– Sink into a meditative experience designed to help you release lingering stresses, clear mental blocks, and open your mind to new possibilities.
3. Vision Board Creation – Channel your reflections into a creative session where you will craft a personal vision board. Bring images, drawings, words, or anything that resonates with your goals and dreams for the upcoming year.
4.Gentle Yoga – During this workshop you will also be guided through gentle Yoga postures (asanas) that can also be done seated, which you can take with you and do anytime you need a little break from everyday stressors.

- For your Vision board - Foam Board, Poster or Cardboard of desired size
- Images from magazines, personal photos, drawings
- Pens, pencils, markers
- Stickers, colored paper, or any other materials that inspire you
