Description:

Join us for a unique and holistic 20-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training! This program is designed to empower yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, doulas, midwives, pregnant individuals, and anyone interested in supporting pregnant women through the practice of yoga. It serves as a guide for them along their rite of passage into motherhood. This comprehensive training will provide you with essential insights, information, and wisdom to confidently support pregnant women and individuals while also applying these teachings to your own life. Gain the knowledge to educate and guide expecting mothers and their families on this significant journey. You do not need to be a registered yoga teacher to enroll in this program.
