Join us for a supportive and welcoming prenatal yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and feel more connected to your changing body throughout pregnancy. This 60-minute class focuses on strength, mobility, and breathwork while preparing both body and mind for birth and postpartum recovery.
Classes are appropriate for all trimesters and experience levels, with modifications provided throughout. Whether you are looking to get or stay active, ease common pregnancy discomforts, reduce stress, or simply take time for yourself, this class offers a space to slow down and feel supported in community with other moms-to-be.
