Pregnant women are welcome to this 6 week course of prenatal yoga. A good opportunity to be in a safe space to practice and prepare your body and mind for birth. This is for women in their 2nd trimester onwards. Continuity of care is important, these sessions offers you: - breath awareness
- posture awareness for optimal fetal positioning for labour and birth
- guided visualisations to help you drop into the zone and most importantly trust of your process and your body. Guided and led by Arlene Dunkley-Wood who is a birthworker of over 3 decades, advanced yoga teacher and Active Birth/YogaBirth teacher and doula.
