About this Event
These classes offer a blend of gentle strength, mindful movement and rest, helping you to feel more at home in your body while building a sense of calm and confidence as your pregnancy progresses.
Each session includes:
Functional, pregnancy-safe strength to support your body
Gentle movement to ease tension and common aches
Simple breathing techniques to support relaxation and birth
Time to slow down and connect with your body and your baby
This is a space to move in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding—honouring where you are each week.
Course Structure This class runs in small, supportive 4-week blocks, creating a consistent and welcoming space where you can feel at ease. Each block explores a slightly different theme, while always including: Strength and stability Restorative, supported poses Breath awareness Elements of birth preparation You’re very welcome to continue across multiple blocks throughout your pregnancy.
Who is this for? Suitable from second trimester onwards No previous yoga experience needed Ideal if you’re looking for a class that offers both gentle strength and deep rest

A gentle note Pregnancy is a time of constant change, and this class is designed to meet you where you are. You’re always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body, with plenty of options and support offered throughout.
