This gentle practice focuses on breathing, stretching, strength, and relaxation to help you connect with your body and your baby. Each session includes poses that are safe and beneficial for expectant parents, easing common pregnancy discomforts and preparing the body and mind for birth. All trimesters and experience levels welcome—no previous yoga experience required. Come as you are and take time to center, breathe, and move with care.
