What is Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing enables you via deep relaxation and visualisations to alleviate the fears, anxiety and apprehensions around giving birth. It prepares you for the most natural and painless birth possible and connects you with your baby on a deeper level. You will be guided by my voice the whole time so all you need to do is to get comfortable and follow my voice.

In this session, Hypnobirthing is combined with the soothing frequencies and soft harmonies of the Tibetan bowls for deeper relaxation and with the intention that you'll feel lighter.
