Prenatal Breastfeeding- Preparing Parents For Their Breastfeeding Journey
Join us IN PERSON for this workshop! This will be the same great content that we deliver online, with the added bonus of connection with other parents, learning about the centre, hands-on learning with breastfeeding positions and SNACKS! We will be meeting for this workshop in the EarlyON room on the 1st floor.
If you are pregnant and hoping to breastfeed your baby, you probably have LOTS of questions! When should I breastfeed? For how long? How do I make milk? What is “skin to skin”? What do I do if it hurts?
Research shows that breastmilk is the only food your baby needs for the first 6 months and breastfeeding has many benefits for both mother and child.
Join an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant / Registered Nurse at our Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop to have all of these questions answered and more.
