About this Event
Weekly Class
In this supportive class, we will address the unique effects and stresses of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Classes are designed to create community and relieve physical discomforts. Meditation, asana and deep breathing techniques will help you re-discover yourself in your new role and help you find physical and emotional strength and energy to meet childbirth and parenthood. All trimesters and postnatal are welcome! (no babies in person in this class - see Friday class)
We recommend you wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks after a cesarean birth before beginning your postnatal practice. Please have the okay from your medical care provider(s).
Rental mats available if you do not have your own.
