Join Our Prenatal 5 Week Block!
Get ready to connect and prepare for your little one with our in-person prenatal sessions. This classes are designed to support your body through pregnancy with a balanced focus on gentle stretching, strength, and stability. Combining yoga and pilates, each session helps relieve common discomforts such as back pain, hip tightness, and postural strain, while building the core and pelvic support needed for a more comfortable pregnancy and recovery.
Through mindful movement and breath, you will improve mobility, enhance body awareness, and develop strength in a safe, supportive environment. The class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and adapts to your changing body.
