That’s right, we’re bringing out the good stuff. The bottles you don’t usually see on shelves, let alone all in one place. We’re gathering a lineup of small-batch producers from around the world for our first-ever premium beverage and grilled cheese pairing event open to the public. Whether you’re a beer enthusiast, a wine lover, or just curious to try some really fantastic pairings, this is the event for you.
Andrew will guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories behind the producers, what makes each pour unique, and how it all comes together on the plate. It all starts with a fresh zingy starter salad followed by 4 courses of grilled cheese sandwiches each paired with rare beer, sparkling wine, and a few standout beer/wine hybrids along the way. We’ll finish off the evening with an exquisite Basque cheesecake dessert pairing that is as good as it sounds.
