Doors open from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. Last entry is at 2:30 PM. All major cards accepted (no cash). All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
Entrance will be via tower steps from the main entrance, or via a lift to the lower hall area.
To enter the clearance sale, you must be subscribed to our mailing list. You can do that here before the event or it can be done before entering the venue.
Travel light! All coats, jackets, and bags must be checked into the secure cloakroom with no exceptions before entering the sale. We recommend bringing as little as possible. Please be prepared to queue.
