Yoga is ideal exercise for pregnancy, keeping your body supple, relaxed and strong, plus helping you connect with other mums-to-be.
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant, right until the end of term.
Nothing to bring, bright, fully equipped & ventilated studio.
No previous experience is necessary.
