About this Event

Women in Recruitment Leadership: Confident Leadership

There just aren't enough female leaders in recruitment.

A lack of support, encouragement and perceptions around workload creates a challenging environment for female founders.

We observe that women are rarely heard at networking events.

They are often reluctant to chip in, or in the instances they do, they are talked over.

This means women in recruitment, in leadership roles, do not have the visibility, network and advice which enhance their careers via new knowledge, support, great role models and examples of women in leadership roles in the industry.

Women in Recruitment Leadership is here to change that.

Our goal is to focus on real-life examples of women succeeding, to provide a platform for voices otherwise unheard, and ultimately to equip other female leaders with the knowledge, tools and support needed as women in recruitment leadership.

Our second event is focusing on boosting the bottom line. Efficiencies and profitability are areas of great importance for recruitment business leaders, and this event aims to be a platform for insightful discussion and practical advice. Host, Alison Humphries, will be our headline speaker for this event.

Following on from the title talk, there will then be structured discussions in small groups around key topics raised and voted for by our members.

Date: 17th October 2024

Time: 1pm-5pm - extended by popular demand!

Location: Anderson James Group, Tower 12, 18-22 Bridge St, Manchester M3 3BZ
