About this Event
Take time for Yourself to move, breathe and learn about your body and your womb.
Every week we will learn techniques that help our bodies to feel more comfortable and ease-full during pregnancy.
Our class will involve Yoga Asana to strengthen the body, Pranayama for the nervous system, and Meditation. We use intention setting, affirmations, and visualisation to reconnect with our courage and with our wombspace.
This is a beautiful opportunity for you to explore your body, and share with a welcoming circle of women.
