Many mothers/mothers-to-be in our culture experience a profound lack of time and space, meaning that they are already exhausted by the time it has come to birth.Taking some time out, even for just one hour a week, can have profound benefits for you, your birth and your relationship with your baby.The energy that you pour into your mind, body and spirit now has a direct impact on how much nourishment and love you can pour into your beautiful baby when they arrive.

Please arrive a little earlier than start time as the location can be tricky to find. There is on street parking but if you need any help then please get in touch.
