Practices in these Pregnancy Yoga classes come from a yoga therapy background. Classes are suitable from 14 weeks in pregnancy until 32 weeks to complete, and are suitable for both those new to yoga and those with experience.Attending these specialist yoga classes helps women to rediscover trust in their bodies wisdom, bringing confidence in their own body’s ability to give birth.
For those that a physiological birth is not an option, techniques shared can benefit during pregnancy, all birthing options and into the early days of mothering.
Through the gentle practice of yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditations at these classes’ you can experience: –
