Walking in pregnancy has many known benefits, such as improving emotional well-being, it can directly impact your babies development in the womb, plus feel the power of the connection to a group of women who are walking the same path!
For new mothers this is a perfect opportunity to gently exercise, once you feel up to it. Fresh air and nature are such a tonic, plus meet other women and share the journey.
Frances, midwife and founder of The Celestial Midwife will be your guide and on hand for support and to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. We look forward to seeing there!
