Join us for an intimate, in-person, supportive Grief Circle hosted by a team of experienced doulas and grief workers. These in-person events offer a unique opportunity to connect with others who are also navigating the complexities of pregnancy loss.
Our Grief Circle provides a non-judgmental environment where you can share your story, listen to others, and find solace in the community. These sessions are designed to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can process the complex emotions surrounding your unique loss. Whether you have experienced early pregnancy loss, stillbirth, termination, or infant loss, our circles offer a compassionate space for healing and growth.
Come as you are, no need to put on a brave face. Open to anyone who has carried a pregnancy that died before, during or shortly after birth. Please, no partners, family members, or children.

What to Expect:
- Meditation and Movement: Begin each session with guided meditation and gentle movement to ground and center yourself.
- Space Holding in Small Groups: Engage in small group discussions where you can share your story and listen to others in a supportive and non-judgmental setting. Gratitude Perspective Sharing: Explore gratitude practices to help shift your perspective and find moments of peace amidst the grief.
- Moving Forward with Peace and Blessings: Conclude each session with a focus on moving forward, finding peace, and embracing the blessings that come from shared experiences.
- Complex Themes: Discuss with others who can relate to the complex themes that address moving through life after loss.
