This group meets on Wednesdays from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.
Join us for this virtual support group, giving parents-to-be and new parents an opportunity to connect and share experiences as well as have questions answered by a registered nurse and lactation consultant from Penn Medicine Princeton Health. Pregnant families and parents of babies up to 1 year of age are welcome.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
- Preparing for labor and delivery
- Transitioning from hospital to home
- Sharing positive parenting experiences and struggles
- Emotional and mental health support and resources
