The Hokey Cokey is Cornwalls second toughest multi-sport event, don't be deceived by the distances this is a testing event and a real challenge!!!
This will be our 9th time running this event which is located within the heart of the lovely coastal harbour village of Charlestown.
There are strong (long) and short course options available to participants which enables experienced athletes and beginners to take part.
STRONG Course = approximately 13.8km of running and 5.2km of sea swimming - 11 stages.
SHORT Course = approximately 7.8km of running and 2.5km of sea swimming - 7 stages.
You can enter either distance as an individual or you can enter the long course as a pair and race together with a friend, hopefully they will still be a friend, at the end of the day!
Expect to spend the day running on coastal path, sand, gravel, tarmac in your wetsuit, and swimming in the sea around the beautiful St Austell Bay coastline.
