Greetings friends,Angoleiros do Sertao london have been hosting different teachers before our monthly rodas, to connect, learn and share.
This time our special guest is Treinel Joana from the group Menino Quem Foi Seu Mestre (Mestre Roberval). Treinel Joana has a rich trajectory in Capoeira Angola, hosting many events with her Husband Contra Mestre Boneco in the UK and partaking in events abroad and brazil.
Treinel Joana will be sharing a taste of her capoeira as a warm-up class, so get comfortable, share, & connect together before our Angoleiros do Sertao Monthly Roda.

We are also donating a proportion of the contributions to a social project is Sao Felix, bahia orchestrated by contra mestre Orikere. This a project offering free classes to children in the area in arts such as capoeira angola, samba rural, experience with Bumba meu boi, literacy in black history, and popular games with the aim of strengthening and valuing popular culture of Bahia.
