About this Event
Part A: PRENATAL (pregnancy) - understanding the trimesters and the changes women experience through pregnancy and the benefits of an active pregnancy; training considerations and adaptations through the trimesters and contraindications to exercise.
Part B: POSTNATAL (postpartum) - new mothers returning to exercise. How we as coaches can best support new mums and the fundamental role of communication, screening and ensuring appropriate rehab protocol and movement prescription is in place. Postpartum training and the considerations to support new mums in their health goals and recovery.
