Have you ever wanted to pray, but weren’t quite sure how?Prayer has been part of human life for thousands of years, yet many people feel unsure where to begin. What do you say? Does it matter? Are you doing it right?
Prayer Lab is a welcoming space to explore prayer together.
Just like a science lab is a place to experiment and learn, Prayer Lab is a space where we can practice different ways people pray — sometimes with words, sometimes in silence or meditation, and sometimes through creative practices like praying in color.
Each gathering will introduce a simple way of praying and give us time to practice together in a relaxed, supportive environment.
You don’t need to be experienced with prayer.
You don’t need to pray out loud.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You’re simply invited to come and explore.
As we gather, we’ll also hold in prayer the needs of our world, our community, and the people we care about.
