This ongoing (throughout the year) class is designed to help you build your practice from the ground up — calmly, safely, and with awareness.
Each time you come to class, you’ll be gently guided to connect with your breath as the foundation of every movement. You’ll receive simple, essential alignment cues that are effective without being overwhelming, helping you move with more ease and confidence.
Through this mindful approach , we’ll build targeted strength to support safe stretching and opening of the body. Over time, you’ll develop a deeper awareness of how to engage and activate muscles while staying relaxed, allowing you to hold postures safely, distribute your breath with intention, and create more space within.
This approach supports not only your yoga practice, but also how you move, breathe, and listen to yourself in everyday life.
