Join That Girl Social for Praise & Pilates, a faith-filled, wellness-centered experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. This isn’t just a workout it’s an encounter.
Surrounded by a soft lavender atmosphere, we’ll begin with intentional movement through a guided Pilates session suitable for all levels. As we stretch and strengthen our bodies, we’ll also posture our hearts in praise creating space for God to meet us right where we are.
This event is for the woman who desires to feel aligned, refreshed, and reconnected—not only physically, but spiritually. Whether you’re deep in your faith journey or just seeking a moment of peace, you belong here.
