Through music, storytelling, education, and connection, Prairie Rendezvous brings together Texans from all walks of life—ranchers, landowners, conservationists, wildflower lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike—to celebrate the beauty and importance of our native grasslands.
Proceeds directly benefit the , a nonprofit land trust dedicated to conserving Texas prairies through land protection, stewardship, and community engagement.

Live Music from Dennis Ludiker:
Six-time Texas State Fiddle Champion will get your toes tappin’. Dennis is a fourth-generation fiddle player who moved to Texas in 2009 as part of the South-Austin Jug Band. He went on to play for Asleep at the Wheel for 8 years, and has recorded with The Chicks, Robert Earl Keen, Ray Benson and other Texas music greats.
Prairie Stories Guest Speaker:
Lauren Simpson, creator of St. Julian's Crossing Wildlife Habitat will offer lessons learned and advice for Houston native-plant enthusiasts.
