Practice Retreat of POL 1 & 2 — Direct Recognition of the Nature of Mind

The advanced teachings of The Path of Liberation, created by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, focus on recognizing the true Nature of Mind. POL integrates Mahamudra with other traditional teachings and guided mind practices, as well as the Four Preliminary Practices. This retreat helps practitioners transcend dualistic thinking, accumulate merit, purify obstacles, and directly realize the essence of mind and attain liberation.
