Whether you are just beginning or already experienced, each session is designed to help you deepen awareness, strengthen trust, and learn through direct experience.
Exercises are engaging, supportive, and often playful — allowing insight and understanding to develop naturally. There is no pressure to perform, and sharing is always optional.
