The public is invited to attend a dedication ceremony celebrating "Harmony in Motion," one of the City's newest Public Art installations and the first Public Art piece in the Bayou Oaks neighborhood. This artwork was created by local artist Edward James Walsh, a Sarasota-based visual artist and Bayou Oaks resident.
