This workshop explores where it comes from, how it speaks to us, and how to work with it rather than against it. Through storytelling, embodied exercises, and group sharing, you will walk away with practical tools to reduce negative self-talk, grow self-compassion, and build mental fitness.
This is for you if: You’re tired of wasting time and energy dealing with your inner critic. You want to understand yourself at a deeper level. You’re interested in mental health and mental fitness. You want to be in a safe, grounded space, around like-minded people.
