In this festive and creative class, students will decorate a cake to look just like a cute little bowl of holiday pozole! Using buttercream and fondant, students will frost their cake to look like a traditional patterned bowl, then decorate with realistic (but totally edible!) toppings like hominy, cabbage, radishes, lime wedges, and even little chili peppers. Our instructor will guide everyone step-by-step, showing how to add fun details that make the cake look both adorable and deliciously festive. By the end of class, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind cake that celebrates tradition in the sweetest way—perfect for holiday gatherings or as a show-stopping centerpiece!
